*Job Overview*: Pharmacy24 is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to join our team, focusing on both regular pharmacy duties and a wide range of clinical services. This role will involve direct patient care, interprofessional collaboration with nearby clinics, and leadership in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care. *Key Responsibilities*: * Provide prescription dispensing, counseling, and patient care in accordance with regulatory standards. * Deliver clinical services, including travel vaccines, minor ailments, and compounding. * Administer vaccinations and participate in public health initiatives. * Collaborate with an interprofessional team, including physicians and healthcare providers, to optimize patient outcomes. * Manage medication reviews, follow-up on chronic disease management, and monitor drug therapy. * Maintain accurate and compliant patient records using pharmacy management systems. * Lead pharmacy staff and contribute to a positive work environment. *Qualifications*: * Licensed Pharmacist in British Columbia * Experience with clinical services, including vaccinations, minor ailments, and travel vaccines. * Experience with WinRX or similar pharmacy management software. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment. * Ability to provide patient-centered care with attention to detail and compliance. * Experience in compounding is a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $48.00-$60.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 ? 60 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay * Tips Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care Work Location: In person- LocationSurrey, BC
