We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online retail strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and analytics to enhance our online presence and drive sales growth. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to optimize the customer experience.
*Responsibilities*
* Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, sending inventory to Amazon and other e commerce warehouses, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
* Analyze website traffic and sales data using analytics tools to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
* Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, and social media initiatives to drive traffic to the site.
* Collaborate with graphic design teams to create visually appealing content that aligns with brand standards.
* Utilize WordPress for website management, including updates, content creation, and troubleshooting technical issues.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the e-commerce landscape.
* Coordinate with logistics and inventory management teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of orders.
*Skills*
* Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools.
* Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
* Strong understanding of advertising principles across various platforms.
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and best practices for online retail.
* Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting purposes.
* Basic understanding of CSS for website customization.
* Expertise in SEO techniques to enhance site visibility and organic search rankings.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively for strategic planning.
