We are looking for a skilled *CCTV and Home Security Technician* to be part of our team, contributing to our vision of "Securing Today for a Safer Tomorrow." *Key Responsibilities*: * Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related equipment. * Install and maintain home security systems (alarms, digital locks, video doorbells, access control systems). * Troubleshoot and repair CCTV and home security systems to ensure functionality. * Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance. * Collaborate with team members to ensure installations meet client specifications. * Provide technical support and client training for CCTV and home security systems. * Stay current on advancements in CCTV, home security, and home automation technology; recommend upgrades as needed. * Ensure installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations. * Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs. *Qualifications*: * Proven experience as a CCTV or Home Security Technician. * Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, including IP/analog cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and network configurations. * Proficiency in installing and configuring home security systems (alarms, digital locks, video doorbells). * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation. * Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. *Preferred Qualifications*: * Certification in electronic security systems or related field. * Experience with home automation solutions. * Familiarity with network configurations and IT systems. *Salary*: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications. *Average monthly payout*: $3000 - $4000. *What We Offer*: * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Supportive and collaborative work environment. * Chance to work with cutting-edge technology in the security and home automation industry. *How to Apply*: Interested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter to *info@vkam.ca*.
