We pride ourselves on serving our community with delicious breads, pastries, and a curated selection of fine coffee. *Position Overview:* We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to join our team and help lead our bakery to new heights. This role is essential in managing daily operations, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in food service management, a passion for bakery culture, and a strategic approach to business growth. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Operational Leadership:* Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient bakery functioning, including opening and closing duties, staff scheduling, and inventory management. * *Staff Management:* Lead, motivate, and train the bakery team, ensuring high performance and team satisfaction. Manage recruitment, training, and development of new staff members. * *Customer Experience:* Uphold exceptional standards of customer service, consistently creating a welcoming environment for our guests. * *Financial Management:* Monitor and manage the budget, including labor costs, food costs, and other expenses, to ensure profitability. Prepare financial reports and provide insights to optimize revenue. * *Quality Control:* Ensure all bakery products meet Emmer?s quality standards. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety regulations. * *Marketing and Community Engagement:* Collaborate on marketing initiatives to increase bakery visibility and build community relationships. Engage with customers to receive feedback and foster loyalty. *Qualifications:* * *Experience:* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a food establishment. * *Skills:* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
