*Job Summary:*
The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing various human resources functions including payroll, safety and regulation compliance, hiring processes, attendance tracking, and overall HR matters. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The HR Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting the overall success of the organization through effective human resource management.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Payroll Management:
- Oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations
- Coordinate with accounting department for payroll budgeting and reporting
2. Safety and Regulation:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain required documentation
- Coordinate safety training programs for employees
3. Hiring and Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with department managers
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with equal employment opportunity guidelines
4. Attendance Tracking:
- Implement and maintain an efficient attendance tracking system
- Monitor employee attendance and address issues as they arise
- Generate regular attendance reports for management review
- Develop policies to improve attendance and reduce absenteeism
5. Overall HR Management:
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Manage employee relations and address workplace conflicts
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Coordinate performance evaluation processes
- Assist in employee development and training initiatives
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- sense of urgency to escalate to general manager
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$66,000.00 per year
