*Overview* We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively, providing high-quality service to our clients. *Responsibilities* * Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. * Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems. * Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts. * Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment. * Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, compressors, and thermostats. * Weld and plumb as necessary for system installations or repairs. * Communicate with clients regarding service needs and recommendations. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to build, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. * Familiarity with appliance repair techniques related to HVAC equipment. * Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Valid driver's license may be required based on job location. * Certification in HVAC or relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
