Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Pharmacy or drugstore. Tasks: Ensure the information on prescriptions is accurate. Enter client information in databases. Help pharmacists. Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products. Prepare medications for clients. Compound oral solutions, ointments and creams. Maintain inventory of equipment. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity.
