Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Outdoors. Tasks: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse. Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings. Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Perform safety and security checks. Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants. Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. Maintain inventory of supplies. Ensure safety procedures are followed. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own tools/equipment: Equipment. Personal suitability: Dependability. Flexibility. Organized. Reliability. Experience: Experience an asset.- LocationVancouver, BC
