*Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House - Stroud *is a growing breakfast/lunch chain that is looking for a *Front Of House Manager* as we continue to expand and grow. *What we offer:* -opportunities for growth and development -higher than industry standard wages -opportunity for benefits -executive hours (7AM-3PM operation) -part of a unique/fast growing brand - serving while managing *Job Responsibilities:* -serve breakfast and lunch dishes -ensure that quality control and presentation standards are met -maintain a clean/sanitized and orderly work environment in the restaurant -ensure all food/other items are properly stored -monitor stock/shortages - train new staff - train franchisees & corporate staff - communicate with the owner on any issues, shortages on orders, scheduling etc - attend bi-monthly managers meetings - arrange bi-monthly staff meetings - FOH ordering - FOH scheduling - FOH balancing of accounts - Supervising the serving staff to ensure that they provide high-quality service to customers - Helping hosts manage reservations and respond to customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone *Job Requirements:* - manager experience required -excellent customer service skills -be able to work in a team environment -communication skills - serving experience Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week Additional pay: * Tips Benefits: * Discounted or free food * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift Experience: * Management: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationStroud, ON
