*Role Overview*:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for driving new business growth and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a passion for the food industry.
*Key Responsibilities*:
* *Business Growth*: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand ITF?s market presence. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet growth targets.
* *Client Management*: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Understand their needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* *Market Research*: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. Use insights to refine business strategies.
* *Sales Proposals*: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
* *Collaboration*: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment of business development initiatives with overall company goals.
* *Reporting*: Track and report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer satisfaction. Provide regular updates to senior management.
*Qualifications*:
* *Experience*: Minimum of 3-5 years in business development, sales, or a related role within the food industry.
* *Skills*: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* *Knowledge*: Understanding of the food production and distribution industry, including market trends and competitive landscape.
* *Education*: Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
* *Attributes*: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
