We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented *Administrative Assistant* to join our team full-time. This role is essential in keeping our office running smoothly and supporting daily operations. You?ll be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, from answering calls and assisting with client communications to supporting our marketing efforts and helping with general office tasks. If you are organized, proactive, and eager to make a meaningful impact, we?d love to meet you!
*Responsibilities:*
* Assist with daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
* Support marketing initiatives by helping with social media updates, client outreach, and scheduling.
* Help with scheduling appointments and coordinating with team members.
* Manage and organize office supplies and materials.
* Assist in updating and maintaining client records and documents.
* Provide administrative support to the management team, including organizing meetings and preparing materials.
* Be a friendly, professional point of contact for clients and team members alike.
* Perform other flexible duties to support the Opulife team and office operations.

*Qualifications:*
* Experience in healthcare is required; home care experience is an asset but not mandatory.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
* Experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
* Friendly, approachable, and a team player.
