As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will: * Address customers compliments or concerns in a timely manner * Recruit, train and supervise staff * Assist with managing daily operations of the business * Maintaining the business food quality and standards * Assisting with inventory * Ensure health and safety regulations are followed * Provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W brand * Set staff work schedules and monitor work performance * Other duties which involve the day to day operation of a fast food restaurant What we are looking for: * You like a fast-paced environment * You enjoy leading a team * You have excellent interpersonal skills * You like to take ownership and make the guest happy * You are determined to make every day a great one for you and everyone you interact with * You have some restaurant experience - one year or more * College or University Education preferred * Food handling certificate Other Benefits: Full benefits after 6 months of employment with the company, great bonus program, opportunity to grow with the company. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour Additional pay: * Bonus pay Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 12 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Night shift * Overtime * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- LocationToronto, ON
