Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team.
List of potential responsibilities included but not limited to:
* Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
* Assist with the daily data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
* Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
* Provide support to various departments as needed
* As the job progresses duties may be added and or modified but will be discussed prior to.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Minimum 5 Years Desktop QuickBooks full cycle bookkeeping experience (recent versions preferable)
* Comfortable with learning and becoming proficient with new systems and processes
* Attention to detail and accuracy is paramount
* Experience with large inventories, preferably in the heavy truck parts world
* Ability to follow direction
* Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable preferable
* Experience in Auto point/Amador is an asset but not required
* Quick Learner, personable, co-operative, self-motivated, respectful
* Great time management skills
* Works well alone but also enjoys being part of a team environment!!!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
