They will also need to learn and handle support issues with our Content Management Systems (CMS). The position entails software engineering, database management and coding, support, scripting and coordinating work by contract personnel or 3rd parties. *Job duties & responsibilities * * Coding C# code usually using Visual Studio * Coding or managing work in PowerBI and similar technologies * Coding PHP, Javascript or other languages as needed * Working with our company staff to provide solutions to problems as needed * Understanding and managing our Content Management Systems (CMS) to provide support for franchisees and vendors * Managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 environments, including Office 365, Outlook, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams and cloud service Management * Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware. * Responding to and providing technical support remotely/in person to our staff, end users and technicians on their request. * Responsible for installing, managing, and upgrading Windows-based systems and servers within a company. * SQL Based Database Management with SMSS and other tools * Writing DB procedures * Work with MicroSoft Dynamics to coordinate work and fixes as well as providing support to our franchisees *Must have* * 2 years C# with Visual Studio Web Application development * 1 year of SQL Database development and management * Power BI or Microsoft Dynamics experience * Good Communications skills * Willingness and ability to learn new environments such as Microsoft Power BI or Dynamics * Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Teams and cloud services knowledge * Provide Technical assistance remotely/in-person to our end users or company personnel as needed * HTML/PHP/JavaScript * Strong problem-solving skills. * Able to be on call sometimes at odd hours for immediate issues *Nice to have* * SharePoint knowledge * Microsoft Dynamics Knowledge and experience * Power BI knowledge and experience * Automation and scripting with PowerShell * Web Development Frameworks: Familiarity with popular web development frameworks like Bootstrap, React.js, AngularJS, or Vue.js.
