Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Air conditioned. Non-smoking. Work setting: Local sports club. Gymnastics. Tasks: Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions. Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games. Participate in coaching clinic instruction. Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance. Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Level 1 Certificate in Coaching. Area of specialization: Teacher training or certification. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Personal suitability: Dependability. Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Organized. Reliability. Team player.
