We have big plans for growth and are on the lookout for the best talent to help make them happen. *What You?ll Do * Gyptech is seeking a *Construction Manager* accountable to plan and execute all the site activities from construction to successful completion, and transfer to the Technical Services organization. The Construction Manager will lead a team of electrical & mechanical site managers and supervisors. This is a highly network role, he/she reports to the Director of Project Management and collaborates closely with the Safety and HR organization, the Project Managers, the Engineering Leaders, the Commissioning Leaders, and Technical Services organization. The role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. *Your role will involve*: * Prioritizing safety through all the phases of preparation and execution of the site activities. * Ability to work in and support a strong team concept while having the ability to work independently. * *Leadership & Management:* Oversee and mentor a diverse team of electrical & mechanical site managers and supervisors. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment that encourages professional growth and achievement. * _*Operational Strategy:*_ * _Help develop, refine and implement operational strategies and processes to optimize project delivery, enhance efficiency, and ensure alignment with the company?s vision and objectives._ * _Overseeing the qualification, selection and management of installation contractors across all projects._ * _Interfacing with internal teams, customers, and vendors to determine project scope, requirements, deliverables, budget, costing and schedules._ * _*Project Oversight:*_ * _Provide high-level oversight and guidance on multiple concurrent construction projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, to the highest safety and quality standards._ * _Multitasking all project-related items across various projects simultaneously._ * *Technical Solutions:* Leverage your technical expertise to identify creative solutions to project challenges. Drive innovation in construction methods and technology to improve project outcomes. * *Client Relations*: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and partners. Working with senior leadership, act as an additional point of contact for key clients and ensure their needs and expectations are met or exceeded. * *Financial Management*: Oversee budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure projects are financially viable and achieve profitability targets. * *Quality Assurance:* Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures. Ensure all projects meet regulatory requirements, safety standards, and client specifications. * *Business Development*: Collaborate with Project Managers and senior leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Contribute to strategic planning efforts and support the company?s growth and expansion objectives. * *Reporting: *Provide regular reports to the Project Manager and senior leadership team on project status, operational performance, and strategic initiatives.
