*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Reflexologist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of reflexology techniques and a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and improved well-being. As a Reflexologist, you will provide therapeutic foot and hand treatments, utilizing your knowledge of medical terminology and exceptional customer service skills to enhance the client experience. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and health conditions to tailor reflexology sessions accordingly. * Apply reflexology techniques to stimulate specific points on the feet and hands, promoting relaxation and relieving tension. * Maintain a clean and welcoming treatment environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each session. * Communicate effectively with clients before, during, and after treatments to ensure their comfort and satisfaction. * Keep accurate records of client sessions, including treatment plans and any relevant observations. * Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in reflexology to continuously improve service quality. *Experience* * Previous experience as a Reflexologist or in a related field is preferred. * Knowledge of medical terminology is essential for understanding client health conditions. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients. * Certification in reflexology from an accredited institution is highly desirable. * A commitment to ongoing professional development in reflexology practices is encouraged. Salary: 60/40 Split *Requirements* - Certification in Reflexology from an accredited institution is required. - Proven experience as a Reflexologist or in a similar role is preferred. - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the principles of reflexology. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Ability to work independently.
