SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:Mammoet is currently seeking a seasoned Senior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team reporting directly to the Global Head of Legal. This role is integral to our organization, providing expert legal advice on a range of issues, ensuring we always operate within the law. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of corporate, commercial, labour and employment law. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Responsibilities (including but not limited to) Provide expert legal support to management on all company-related matters.
