<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>A construction company in Nova Scotia is seeking an experienced general manager to lead its efforts for a 1100-acre development site owned by the parent company.</p><p><strong>Title: General Manager</strong></p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring efficient project execution, business growth, and profitability.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>1. Project management oversight</p><p>2. Financial management and budgeting</p><p>3. Client relationship management</p><p>4. Team leadership and personnel management</p><p>5. Contract negotiation and administration</p><p>6. Quality control and safety compliance</p><p>7. Vendor and subcontractor coordination</p><p>8. Risk management</p><p>9.
