The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in residential neighborhoods, promoting and selling our products/services directly. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, are persuasive, and are comfortable working in outdoor environments.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Sales Generation:</strong> Engage with potential customers through direct door-to-door interaction to sell our products or services.</li><li><strong>Product Knowledge:</strong> Clearly explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products/services to potential customers.</li><li><strong>Lead Generation:</strong> Identify potential new leads, collect contact information, and follow up with interested prospects.</li><li><strong>Customer Relationship Building:</strong> Build positive relationships with potential clients by addressing questions and concerns, providing excellent customer service.</li><li><strong>Territory Management:</strong> Work in assigned areas, ensuring effective coverage of all households in the region.</li><li><strong>Sales Reporting:</strong> Maintain records of daily sales activities, customer interactions, and leads generated.</li><li><strong>Target Achievement:</strong> Work towards meeting or exceeding set sales targets.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li><li>Self-motivated and goal-oriented.</li><li>Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.</li><li>Comfortable walking for extended periods.</li><li>High level of integrity and professionalism.</li><li>Must be available to work evenings and weekends.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Type:</strong></p><ul><li>Part-Time, flexible hours.</li><li>Commission-based with potential bonuses based on performance.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><ul><li>Hourly base pay with commission incentives on sales made.</li><li>Performance-based bonuses and incentives.</li></ul><p> </p></div>Company Description<div>Please find more details from company website tekedynamic.ca</div></div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>Please find more details from company website tekedynamic.ca</div>- LocationWinnipeg, MB
