*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled cabinet installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of cabinetry. This role requires proficiency in using power tools, reading cabinet plans, etc. We are fine with piece work, or hourly *Responsibilities* * Perform installations of various components and systems according to specifications and blueprints. * Utilize power tools effectively to fabricate and assemble materials as needed. * Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues during the installation * Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. *Experience* * Experience in installation work * Strong ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. * Experience in reading schematics and technical drawings is essential. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance Pay: From $25.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Extended health care * Vision care Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred) Experience: * carpentry: 1 year (preferred) Language: * English (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (preferred) Work Location: On the road- LocationCourtenay, BC
