Our mission is to inspire and help young generations to find out their passion and pursue fulfilling career goals. *Key Responsibilities:* · Develop and provide expert advice on marketing strategies that align with iDC's business objectives. · Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and provide insights into target audiences. · Establish and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, to facilitate market entry (e.g., Hong Kong, Mainland China). · Advise on social media strategy and content to ensure brand consistency and enhance audience engagement. · Collaborate with internal teams to design marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for career development program promotions. · Define business needs, evaluate project plans, and offer guidance to ensure successful and timely project launches. · Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest data-driven improvements. · Assist in developing high-quality content, including newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice. · Foster strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing marketing consultation to improve client satisfaction and retention. · Support the organization and promotion of webinars, workshops, and other marketing events by providing strategic input. *Qualification Requirements* · A bachelor?s degree is required. 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing or HR consulting is a strong asset. · Proven experience managing a large portfolio of key accounts, evaluating service agreements, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. · Excellent communication skills, including experience delivering training sessions and facilitating change adoption within teams. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content. · In-depth knowledge of marketing trends, strategies, and tools relevant to international markets · Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented with a strong service mindset and work ethic. · Ability to quickly learn new skills and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. · In-depth consulting knowledge, adult learning methodologies, and social media platforms. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Fluency in English is required.
