As a store *Sales Associate*, you'll be the face of *DashVapes* and a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service while upholding our values and helping to create a safe and supportive learning environment for our customers. *Responsibilities:* * Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selection * Maintain a clean and organized store, including general upkeep and merchandise presentation * Maintain accurate inventory counts on a daily and weekly basis * Operate the cash register in accordance with policies and procedures * Stay up to date on all promotions and advertisements * Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences * Use your intermediate/advanced vaping/e-cigarette knowledge to answer customer questions and provide guidance * Ensure all products meet company standards * Operate and drive _company-owned_ automobiles to pick up and deliver various products * Communicate with central dispatch and perform pre-trip inspections of the vehicle * Operate the vehicle in a safe manner, obeying all rules of the road * Comply with all company policies and procedures regarding the delivery of goods *Qualifications:* * High school education or equivalent preferred * Minimum of 1-year retail experience * Minimum 6 years driving experience * Valid Class G driver's license * Flexible availability, including weekend work * Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service * Ability to work well in a team dynamic and follow instructions * Ability to commute between Gloucester and Ottawa as needed * Must be able to work a flexible shift: evenings and weekends * Familiarity with computers and data/web searches *Benefits:* * Opportunities for career growth within the company * Medical, dental, prescription, and vision care after 3 months probation * Store discount *Salary:* Starting at $35,500/year *Major Intersections*: Besserer St and King Edward Avenue (Ottawa, ON) and Montreal Rd and Shefford Rd (Gloucester) *Schedule*: 11 am-8 pm x 5 days/week At DashVapes, we believe that great people model our values, are authentic, build trust, and make connections.
