LSL is currently looking for extraordinary talent to join our passionate team.
*Maître D?*
The Maître D? will oversee the Front of House operations and excel in performance excellence by setting high standards, pursuing aggressive goals, and achieving results despite obstacles. This role requires strong analytical skills to diagnose problems, analyze information, and make informed decisions. In customer relations, the Maître D? will build positive relationships, exceed expectations, and enhance the guest experience.

* Conduct effective briefings ensuring all associates are aware of VIPs, special occasions, and special highlights.

*REQUIREMENTS*
* A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in guest services within a luxury restaurant setting.
* A strong can-do attitude and exceptional leadership charisma.
* Experience with the TOCK reservation platform is an asset.
* College diploma or above in hotel or food & beverage-related disciplines.
* Valid Smart Serve Certificate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 per year
