*Job Summary* We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Speaking Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students enhance their public speaking skills, build confidence, and effectively communicate their ideas. This role involves working with clients of various backgrounds, from professionals looking to improve their presentation skills to students preparing for academic speeches. The Public Speaking Coach will create tailored coaching sessions that meet the unique needs of each students. *Duties* * Conduc group workshops focused on public speaking techniques. * Assess clients' current speaking abilities and identify areas for improvement. * Develop customized lesson plans that incorporate various public speaking strategies, including voice modulation, body language, and audience engagement. * Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help clients refine their delivery and presentation style. * Facilitate practice sessions that simulate real-life speaking scenarios, including speeches, presentations, and interviews. * Stay updated on the latest trends in public speaking and communication to provide relevant insights to clients. * Encourage and motivate clients to overcome anxiety and build self-confidence in their speaking abilities. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a public speaking coach or in a related field such as communication, education, or theater. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. * Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport with clients. * Ability to provide constructive criticism in a supportive manner. * Familiarity with various public speaking techniques and methodologies. * A degree in Communication, Education, or a related field is preferred but not required. * A passion for teaching and helping others achieve their personal goals in public speaking.
