We take great pride in delivering high-quality, one-on-one patient care that is evidence-based and focused on achieving the best possible outcomes. *Position Overview* We are seeking a highly motivated, confident, and reliable Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual therapy and rehabilitation exercises, with a genuine passion for helping patients reach their goals. You will have the opportunity to work in a well-equipped facility that emphasizes individualized care, with ample support and mentorship from a senior Physiotherapist. *Key Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough initial assessments, including detailed patient history and physical examination. * Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings and evidence-based practices. * Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to promote optimal recovery. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including family physicians and orthopedic surgeons, to ensure comprehensive care. * Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. * Participate in ongoing professional development, case discussions, and mentorship opportunities. *What We Offer* * *Competitive Pay Structure:* Attractive compensation based on a fee-for-service model. * *One-on-One Patient Care:* 1-hour initial assessments and 30-minute follow-up sessions to provide thorough, individualized care. * *Mentorship:* Guidance and mentorship from a senior Physiotherapist to support your professional development. * *State-of-the-Art Facility:* Access to a well-equipped clinic with modern tools and resources to enhance patient care. * *Supportive Work Environment:* Be part of a team that values collaboration, professional growth, and excellence in patient care. *Qualifications* * Must be a Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO). * Strong skills in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and patient education. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients. * Highly motivated, reliable, and a team player who is dedicated to delivering patient-centered care. * Experience in an outpatient clinical setting is an asset, but not mandatory.
