<div> <div> <div> <p>The Operations Coordinator ensures that customer requests are met by scheduling drivers and assigning the right truck. The position is based in Contrecoeur.</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>5-4-4-5 (5 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on, 5 days off)<br>6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.</p> </div> </div> <strong>Your responsibilities will be as follows: </strong> <ul> <li>Handle customer requests by phone or e-mail;</li> <li>Plan drivers' schedules and ensure their availability;</li> <li>Assign the right truck to drivers;</li> <li>Follow up on customer requests and ensure customer satisfaction;</li> <li>Adapt to changes in customer requests and make last-minute updates;</li> <li>Follow up invoicing;</li> <li>Solve operational problems and manage unforeseen events;</li> <li>All related tasks.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <strong>In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have: </strong> <ul> <li>Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS) in transportation logistics or equivalent experience (an asset);</li> <li>1-2 years' experience in a similar position;</li> <li>Basic knowledge of transportation;</li> <li>Good organizational skills;</li> <li>Good interpersonal skills;</li> <li>Self-motivated;</li> <li>Stress management;</li> <li>Priority management;</li> <li>Fluency in French (spoken and written)</li> <li>Functional English (spoken and written)</li> </ul> <strong>Groupe Robert offers you: </strong> - Team-oriented environment - Attractive professional development opportunities - Group insurance and benefits - Corporate discounts - State-of-the-art systems and equipment - Agile, efficient and innovative company - Safe environment (training, certifications) <strong>Schedules</strong> Day <br><br> <p>Groupe Robert is proud to support the diversity of its employees through its terminals in Quebec and Ontario.
