Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Attend to other financial transactions, such as plane tickets and travel insurance . Calculate cost of travel and accommodations. Handle reimbursement in case of transportation and hotel reservations cancellation. Investigate new travel areas, hotels and other amenities. Provide customers with travel information and other details such as regulations, duty free allowances, health risks and requirements, attractions and special events. Attend to cancellations and schedule changes. Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing system. Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options and travel costs. Experience: Will train. Support for persons with disabilities: Provides physical accessibility accommodations (for example: ramps, elevators, etc.). Support for newcomers and refugees: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
