At Mint, our machines do the cleaning while you create a superior experience for our customers. Mint is currently seeking a full-time associate to: · Welcome guests with a smile and wave. This is the foundation for our welcoming environment. A smile goes a long way! · Guide cars onto the wash conveyor. · Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging with guests, understanding their needs, and offering the perfect wash package with clear, friendly communication. · Share the benefits of our club plans and assist with customer sign-up. · Provide top-notch service, whether at the front kiosk, loading podium, or vacuum plaza. · Perform all tasks following safety protocols · Collaborate with other team members · Keep our car wash spotless and organized by cleaning, sweeping, and maintaining a "Mint" condition workplace. *You would make a great Associate if you:* · Understand how to create a great customer experience or have a desire to learn. · Can learn quickly, understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed · Consider yourself a ?people person,? and enjoy meeting others. · Enjoy working as a team and appreciate the chance to collaborate. · Have an eye for quality and take pride in your work. · Are open to learning new things and embrace hard work. · Can keep cool in a fast-paced, energetic work environment. · Have excellent communication skills · Can maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality * Hold a valid driver?s license or ability to get to and from work While previous sales or customer experience is an asset, it?s not required, and we are happy to train (and you get paid to train)!
