Being accountable for tracking the dependencies and impediments and removing them to enable the team: surface, track, escalate Guide and coach the team to follow agile practices Regularly communicate with other Squads to ensure tactical story alignment and identify/track dependencies between the team. Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised and resolved.
