Provide a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable first point of contact for staff of the clients, seeking technical problem resolution or requests Telephone, Ticket Queue and Walk-ins Assist in the notification of trends and situations in the environment to allow the IT department to maintain high levels of service to the users Management of loaner hardware Document security management User management via Active Directory (i.e., membership to software groups, email distribution groups, etc.) RSA administration and management
