*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in tire installation, repair, and maintenance. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will interact with clients to ensure their tire needs are met efficiently and effectively. A passion for automotive repair and a commitment to safety are essential in this position. *Duties* * Install, balance, and repair tires on various vehicles, ensuring proper alignment and safety standards. * Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform tire-related services. * Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage. * Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering recommendations based on their vehicle needs. * Assist in sales of tires and related products, promoting services offered by the dealership. * Perform heavy lifting as required during tire installation and maintenance tasks. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow within the service department. *Experience* * At least one year of previous experience is required. * Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. * Familiarity with tire brands, types, and specifications is a plus. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods while working in a fast-paced environment.
