You</span><span>?</span><span>ll find career opportunities that live up to your ambitions and be able to further develop your unique set of skills. </span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>So, if you</span><span>?</span><span>re looking to do what you love, we could be a perfect match</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span>Our expectations</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>The Merchandising Business Analyst?s mandate is to act as a business partner to the Merchandising team, providing expertise and guidance in monitoring the results of merchandising activities, action plans, forecasts, and strategic plans to help achieve financial objectives, </span><span>leveraging leading business and technology practices</span><span>.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>The incumbent will </span><span>leverage advanced analytics and problem-solving skills to interpret data</span><span>, identify opportunities, </span><span>and translate them to actionable outputs</span><span>.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Your role<br></span> </span></p> <ul> <li><span>Contribute to process improvement initiatives or special projects and monitor results.</span></li> <li><span>Participate in the design and development of tools to capture business inputs, automate standard tasks, and provide an integrated view of performance, to improve understanding of financial performance and operational execution</span></li> <li><span>Support and guide the Category Manager in decision-making and in the use of the tools developed</span></li> <li><span>Analyze sales data and financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement and propose recommendations.</span></li> <li><span>Maintain and improve reporting models and tools to respond to business changes.</span></li> <li><span>Partner with the Learning and Development team to develop and deliver training for stakeholders to support rollout when needed</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span>The qualifications we are looking for</span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Bachelor?s degree in a related field or equivalent experience </span></li> <li><span>Work experience in retail and product merchandising</span></li> <li><span><span>Exceptional </span><span>analytical skills and ability to interpret data.</span></span></li> <li><span>Excellent Excel and PowerBI skills</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of VBA, SQL and PowerQuery an asset</span></li> <l- LocationBoucherville, QC
