Reporting to senior management, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies for administrative, paramedical and support positions within our provincial network. The ideal candidate has solid experience in recruiting in the healthcare sector and is able to manage a high volume of positions to be filled while maintaining a high level of quality and respecting established budgets.</p><p> </p><p><b>Main responsibilities</b></p><ol><li><b>Recruitment of administrative and paramedical staff</b><ul><li>Identify, attract, and recruit talent for administrative positions (medical secretaries, customer service agents, etc.) and paramedical positions (nurses, technologists, respiratory therapists, etc.);</li><li>Develop and maintain a database of qualified candidates;</li><li>Pre-screen candidates (interviews, exams, pre-screening test and collaborate with directors and managers for final interviews when required).</li></ul></li><li><b>Management of the recruitment process</b><ul><li>Manage the entire recruitment process, from defining needs to integrating new employees;</li><li>Publish job offers on relevant platforms and identify the most effective recruitment channels;</li><li>Evaluate applications and select them in accordance with the Top grading method and coordinate interviews of pre-selected candidates with the relevant departments.</li></ul></li><li><b>Development of recruitment strategies</b><ul><li>Develop proactive recruitment strategies to anticipate staffing needs and ensure a constant talent pool;</li><li>Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, exhibitions and networking events in the healthcare field.</li></ul></li><li><b>Collaboration with departments</b><ul><li>Work closely with directors and managers of the various departments to understand and anticipate their needs in terms of administrative and paramedical staff;</li><li>Provide advice and recommendations on best practices in recruitment and talent management.</li></ul></li><li><b>Compliance and monitoring</b><ul><li>Ensure that recruitment practices comply with provincial laws and standards, including those related to diversity and inclusion;</li><li>Update and monitor recruitment performance indicators (KPIs), such as time to fill a position, quality of candidates and retention rate.</li></ul></li><li><b>Onboarding and integration</b><ul><li>Coordinate the welcoming and integration processes for new employees in collaboration with the director and manager teams; managers;</li><li>Ensure that all administrative documents, certifications and permits for new employees comply with the legal and professional requirements of the organization.</li></ul></li></ol><ol><li><b>Development and management of salary scales</b><ul><li>Evaluate and regularly update salary scales for different roles, based on market trends, required skills and experience levels;</li><li>Ensure that salaries are competitive and attractive in the private health sector and respect allocated budgets.</li></ul></li></ol><p> </p><p><b>Skills and qualifications</b></p><ul><li><b>Degree</b>: Bachelor's degree in human resources, administration, or any other discipline related;</li><li><b>Ex
