*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Liquor Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining high standards of service. As a Liquor Store Supervisor , you will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers and fostering a productive work environment for staff. *Responsibilities* * Assign sales workers to duties * Hire and train or arrange for training of staff * Order merchandise * Authorize return of merchandise * Establish work schedules * Sell merchandise * Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters * Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages * Organize and maintain inventory * Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers * Manage cash *Qualifications* * Other trades certificate or diploma * Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members. * Experience in sales with a track record of driving results. * Ability to manage a diverse team; bilingual skills are a plus. * Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and store presentation. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
