MasterTech is on the search for experienced Heavy Equipment Technicians (421A or Apprentice) in Hamilton, ON. Mechanics will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a diverse fleet of heavy duty equipment (construction, earth moving, aerial, lift, cranes, etc.). Work will be completed in shop, including heated floors, spacious, and very clean environment. Compensation: $40.00 - $42.00/hour to start for licensed Mechanics, performance raises available. $33.00-$35.00/hour for level 3 Apprentices or equivalent. Comprehensive benefits plan including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, etc., paid time off. RRSP matching program Shift: Biweekly rotating morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday. 2 weeks 7:00AM - 3:00PM 2 weeks 3:00PM - 11:00PM Key Qualifications: 421A license, or 3rd year apprentice.
