The Meat Cutter acts as a consultant and assists the Meat and Seafood Manager with the daily operation of the department. They takes this role to ensure that departmental standards of high quality product, proper food safety, consistent cleanliness, thorough training, and efficient procedures are maintained. Job Description: Actively support the Meat and Seafood Manager in the fulfillment of responsibilities (planning, organizing, directing and controlling activities and operations). Ensure that high quality communication is maintained within the Meat and Seafood team. Ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization and food safety is maintained in the department.
