*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled developer to create an asset management software solution for tracking tools and equipment through barcode scanning. The system should allow for easy entry and retrieval of asset data, provide inventory reports, and support multiple users. Familiarity with database management and user-friendly interface design is essential. If you have experience in developing similar applications and can deliver a robust solution, we want to hear from you! *Responsibilities* * Design, develop, and implement software solutions using various programming languages and frameworks. * Work extensively with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) for database design, development, and optimizations. * Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software development. * Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and performance of software applications. * Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality, identify potential issues, and suggest improvements. * Troubleshoot, debug and optimize existing applications for performance improvements. * Write clear and concise technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes. * Identify and resolve application issues, bottlenecks, and performance problems promptly. *Experience* * 2-5 years experience in software development and design. * University degree or college diploma in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience. * Exceptional knowledge of data structures, algorithms, enterprise systems, asynchronous architectures, and object-oriented programming. * Proficiency in database software development. * Experience working with PHP, .Net Framework, JavaScript, HTML, Oracle Database and SLQ. * Experience with barcode integration. * Knowledge of asset tracking systems. * Skills in implementing user access control features.
