Service</b>. Great opportunity, in this role, you have the chance to manage a customer module and put forward your expertise in order to offer a high-quality service to your customers.</p><p> </p><p>It should be noted that the hybrid work mode is possible for this position: a healthy combination of face-to-face mode (in the office) to maintain good contact with the team and telework mode for a good balance of personal and professional life! </p><p> </p><p><b>The responsibilities of this position:</b></p><ul><li>Offer an exceptional experience to your customers by relying on your expertise as a property and casualty insurance advisor; </li><li>Maintain the relationship with your customers, in particular by offering a courteous and turnkey service;</li><li>Analyze the risks submitted to you and select the best product (quality/price) in the market according to your client's needs;</li><li>Supervise the issuance, modifications and cancellations of policies according to the required path;</li><li>Monitor renewals according to the list of deadlines;</li><li><span> </span><span>And because collaboration is part of our daily life, contribute to the development of the team by demonstrating leadership.</span><span></span><span></span></li></ul><p> </p><p><b>The DNA sought:</b></p><ul><li>Hold a personal property and casualty insurance license issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers ;</li><li>You have 1 year of professional experience in personal insurance;</li><li>Proficiency in French and English, both orally and in writing;</li><li>You are proficient in the tools of the Office suite;</li><li>You are said to be an expert in customer service;</li><li><span>You have good communication skills;</span></li><li><span> </span><span>You demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness and a strong professional ethic.</span><span></span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span>Ready for a new challenge?
