Employees demonstrate empathy and respect in all interactions, are committed to service excellence, and embrace change through innovation.<p>As part of our strategy to provide on-going support<p>for our schools, the Board is now accepting resumes from qualified applicants<p>for the full-time positions Client Services / Analyst Trainer. <p>The purpose of the Client Services / Analyst Trainer position is to provide support and training services for system computer administrative software. <p><p>This position reports to ICT Manager<p>Main Responsibilities: <p><p> Supports the implementation of administrative software applications and communications equipment by analyzing products, developing and maintaining documentation, coordinating and conducting Board-wide training for end users. <p> Determines requirements and develops/assists users with the development of reports and forms. <p> Tests the integration of and evaluates applications and procedures for Technical Application Support Specialists advising of deficiencies and proposing resolutions. <p> Identifies and monitors use requirements performing detailed system studies and recommend solutions. <p> Maintains standards and procedures set by the department, Board and the Ministry of Education producing, publishing, verifying, and auditing monthly reports. <p> Conducts, and/or attends and participates in various committee meetings as required by the department using video-conferencing equipment, prepares handouts, contacts speakers, and prepares, distributes, and maintains agenda materials.<p> Provides ongoing support to users regarding applications, responding to inquiries and service requests, providing on-line support, receiving, logging, tracking, resolving and/or assigning support calls via the Help Desk, and liaising between schools and vendors testing new equipment. <p> Performs other duties as may be assigned. <p> <p><p>Education & Experience: <p><p> High school diploma or equivalent plus two (2) years College diploma in a related field. <p> One (1) to three (3) years of related experience. <p> Minimum two (2) years? experience in a school environment. <p><p>Specialized Skills: <p><p> Advanced level computer technical skills, working knowledge of computer applications and skills in office productivity suites i.e. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.<p> Advanced level technical skills and working knowledge in computerized student information systems (e.g., Aspen) and student learning management systems (e.g., Edsby).<p> Have knowledge and experience with Ministry of Education reporting systems, such as OnSIS (Ontario School Information Sy
