You?ll help team leaders clarify next steps and maintain the long-term vision of products.<p></p><p></p><p><b>What you?ll do:</b></p><ul><li><p>Facilitate the agile delivery process</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with product owners on priorities and scheduling</p></li><li><p>Manage key control processes to reduce risk</p></li><li><p>Ensure critical impacts are resolved quickly and remediation is complete</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain a high-performing, engaged and empowered team of employees and consultants</p></li><li><p>Mentor the team in development planning, workload management, and setting and achieving performance objectives</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we?re looking for:</b></p><ul><li><p>Proven leader able to engage and empower employees with clear line of sight to business goals</p></li><li><p>Analytical thinker able to keep pace with a rapidly changing industry</p></li><li><p>Organized multi-tasker familiar with release processes that maintain product effectiveness and stability</p></li><li><p>Relationship-builder and collaborator committed to helping others reach their goals</p></li><li><p>Experienced business professional with sound judgment</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you?ll need:</b></p><ul><li><p>A bachelor?s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or business administration and at least eight years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)</p></li><li><p>In-depth understanding of risk controls; knowledge of agriculture and lending is an asset</p></li><li><p>Record of success using agile methodologies for technology lifecycle management</p></li></ul>- LocationRegina, SK
