*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC systems, MonoBlock repair, and maintenance. This role involves , installing, and maintaining Refrigeration systems and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. We are looking for someone full time or part time. We are growing our HVAC and Refrigeration business and would be interested in someone who has excellent experience but may only wish to work a few days a week as they are nearing retirement. We are also interested in someone who is looking for full time and wants to develop further skills. Refrigeration is key as we are a distributor of a few key products and require help with repairs *Responsibilities* * Install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. * Troubleshoot issues related to Refrigeration and air conditioning units and perform necessary repairs or replacements. * Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components. * Conduct regular inspections of refrigeration and air conditioning systems to identify potential issues before they escalate. * Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to enhance system performance and reliability. * Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of parts. * Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in HVAC training or a related field. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to plumb, weld, and build various components of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. * Familiarity with appliance repair techniques and practices. * Ability to read and interpret technical schematics accurately. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. * Relevant certifications in HVAC or mechanical trades are preferred but not mandatory. * Plumbing would be a definite asset Join our team as an Refrigeration Air Conditioning Technician where your expertise will contribute to creating comfortable environments for our clients while advancing your career in a dynamic industry!
