*SNOWPLOW TRUCK DRIVER * Pioneer Construction is looking for loyal, hard-working, and self-motivated employees with a proven record of safety and reliability to fill the position of Snowplow Truck Driver in Greater Sudbury, Ontario. This is a full-time position available with competitive wages, pension, and a benefits package. *JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Operate company equipment safely and efficiently. * Assist with the maintenance of company equipment and vehicles, including greasing and cleaning. * Perform mandatory pre and post vehicle inspections * Constantly monitor vehicle fitness, load security and ever-changing conditions * Maintain accurate electronic hours of service logs and vehicle inspections * Secure all loads, materials, and equipment * Display professionalism toward our company and customers * Must maintain a clean and tidy work environment and equipment, both interior and exterior * Complete City Route/Material/Billing paperwork completely * Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures: safety standards operations, maintenance, training, cleanliness standards, etc. * Perform other duties as assigned *JOB QUALIFICATIONS:* *Education:* * Valid Class DZ license is a must * Experience driving a plow truck is an asset * AZ license is an asset. *Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* * Ability to operate plow truck and experience in winter works operations * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisor, and management on site * Good physical condition with the capability of repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in inclement weather. * Ability to adapt to last minute changes as dictated by the needs of our customers. * Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental, Human Resources policies *Perks & Benefits:* * $1,000 plow driver signing bonus for drivers that successfully complete first plow season * Plow incentive up to $3,000 * $5/hour plow premium * Extended health benefits including dental, disability and life insurance * Competitive Wages including Plow premiums * Employee & Family Assistance Program * Company pension * Ongoing training and career development _*To Apply*_ All applications must be submitted to careers@pioneerconstruction.ca .
