Chalo School is situated 9 kilometers from the town of Fort Nelson, on the Fort Nelson First Nation Reserve. We serve a student population of approximately 120 students from K4 to grade twelve. Chalo School is an independent school that follows the prescribed curriculum of the BC Ministry of Education. Our school offers a strong sense of community through building relationships and connections with staff, students, and families. Chalo school utilizes a team approach through regular team meetings and a walk-to-learn system in the elementary.
