Monitor quality and production levels. Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Establish work schedules and procedures. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Supervision: 3-4 people.
