*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with product selection, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance. * Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding. * Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties, ensuring efficient checkout experiences. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively sell to customers. * Assist in inventory management * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. *Skills* * Proficient in cashiering with strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. * Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries. * Experience in technical sales is a plus, showcasing the ability to understand complex products. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. * Strong sales experience is preferred, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that capture customer interest and drive purchases.
