*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while effectively promoting our products and services. Educate customers about cannabis products, strains and consumption methods. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales in our retail environment. *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Educate customers about cannabis products, strains and consumption methods. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing sales and returns. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively communicate with customers. * Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays. * Uphold store cleanliness and organization standards to create an inviting shopping atmosphere. *Experience and Certification:* * Previous experience in retail cannabis store is preferred. * Valid Qualified Cannabis Worker Certificate (QCW) is required. * Proficiency in cash handling and cashiering practices is essential. * A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills is crucial for success in this role.
