This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, through your knowledge of institutional account management and skills in compiling, analyzing and interpreting varied data, while making recommendations. </p><p><span><strong>Your role </strong></span></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Process non-standard rejected transactions with a view to settling or paying them</span></li><li><span>Serve as a resource person for business line account managers, internal and external portfolio managers and other operational teams</span></li><li><span>Answer a variety of requests, mainly by email, but also by phone</span></li><li><span>Analyze several types of reconciliation and explain gaps and make recommendations to resolve issues</span></li><li><span>Have a thorough, end-to-end knowledge of various processes related to securities custody in order to provide high-quality support</span></li><li><span>Help to build the Operations Custody Services Centre of Excellence</span></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Your team</strong></p><p>This position reports to the Manager - Custody Services and you?ll be part of a broader team of 16 colleagues <span>who value client satisfaction, performance, collaboration and innovation. </span></p><p>Our training programs use on-the-job learning to help you master your role.
