<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>AM/PM Service is currently seeking</strong>: an experienced <strong>C# .NET Developer</strong> specializing in desktop and mobile applications to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on point-of-sale applications and communicate professionally with enterprise customers to ensure project alignment and customer satisfaction.</p><p>*This position is required to work in an office setting hence not a remote position.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Design, develop, and maintain C# .NET desktop and Android applications.</p><p>• Build and manage web APIs consumed by our desktop applications.</p><p>• Integrate third-party APIs, including those from payment processors and customers.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from the support team.</p><p>• Collaborate within a team-oriented environment to develop effective software solutions.</p><p>• Maintain professional communication with customers to ensure project design alignment and review.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>• At least 1 year of experience with C# .NET development.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of WPF, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Core.</p><p>• Experience working with databases, particularly MS SQL Server.</p><p>• Familiarity with RESTful services, APIs, and web protocols.</p><p>• Proficiency in Visual Studio, version control systems (e.g., Git), and continuous integration practices.</p><p>• Basic experience with automated software testing frameworks and tools (e.g., xUnit, NUnit, or similar).</p><p>• Willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, and dynamic environment.</p><p>• Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS for web application deployment.</p><p>• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.</p><p>• Ability to document work and create instructional materials.</p><p>• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.</p><p>The successful candidate will be required to complete a background check prior to commencing work.</p><p><strong><em>***LMIA (LMO) or AINP sponsorship is not available for this position. ***</em></strong></p><p><strong>If you meet the above criteria, please e-mail your resume and cover letter along with your portfolio or web links that you personally created to <span class="long-word">resumes@ampmservice.com,</span> indicating your salary expectation, and noting "Web Developer" in the subject line. </strong></p><p>We would like to thank all applicants who applied, however, only those short-listed will be contacted for next steps. <strong>No phone calls please.</strong></p></div>Company Description<div>AM/PM Service, established in 1987, is a leading Point of Sale (POS) and Service company with a significant presence in both Canada and the USA.
