Join us in our mission to make art accessible to all. *Position Overview:* TAAC Group is seeking a Graphic Designer/Illustrator with a background in fine arts graphic design, and /or illustration to join our passionate team. As a Graphic Designer/Illustrator you will oversee different aspects of the artistic development process within TAAC Group. You will also play a pivotal role in fostering artistic excellence and enhancing the visibility and impact of the organization's artistic endeavors within the art community. You will collaborate with artists and other stakeholders to ensure our artistic vision is brought to life through various mediums. *Duties and responsibilities of this role:* * Ensure all artwork produced maintains a high quality standard and aligns with company aesthetics and values. * Contribute creative ideas and concepts to enhance the overall artistic vision of TAAC Group. * Stay informed about trends and developments in the art world, and provide insights and recommendations to enhance the organization's artistic impact. * Contribute to the development of long-term artistic development strategies and goals for TAAC Group. * Conceptualize visuals based on requirements * Prepare rough drafts and present ideas * Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand * Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic * Work with the art development team to produce final designs * Amend designs after feedback * Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand *Requirements * * Bachelor?s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts and other relevant fields (preferred but not required) * A minimum of 2 years? experience * A solid understanding of design, design principles, art and pop-culture. * A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics * A keen eye for aesthetics and details * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to meet deadlines * Able to give and receive constructive criticism *Creative Skills* * Typography * Colour Theory * Shape Harmony * Layout Design * Illustration * Poster Design * User Interface Design (preferred but not required) * Motion Graphics (nice to have but not required) *Software*: * Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign) or similar software (e.g Affinity Software: Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo, Affinity Publisher) * Canva *Our values that guide and define our work:*? * Our art is the heart of our success.
